Aero Logistics Engineer – V22

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (12 Months)

• Schedule: Onsite | 1st Shift | 9x80 Schedule

• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76118

• Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Position Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Military Aviation Maintenance (4+ years)

• A&P or FCC Licensed by the FAA

• Avionics Maintenance Background (4+ years)

• Fault Locating/Troubleshooting avionics components and wiring

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs

• Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Position Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support logistics operations

• Perform assigned tasks to a high-quality standard with minimal supervision

• Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and government regulations

• Support data preparation and presentations for program reviews

• Meet performance metrics related to cost and schedule objectives

• Take on additional responsibilities as required

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
