Assemble small to medium-sized components and LED lighting systems used in military aircraft
Read and interpret work instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
Use a variety of hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, wire strippers) and power tools (e.g., drills, soldering irons) to perform assembly tasks
Route, connect, and secure wiring and components to ensure proper electrical connections
Conduct visual inspections and functional checks to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards
Track production progress and document work completed using production logs or computer systems
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area at all times
1+ years of experience in mechanical or electronic assembly
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
Familiarity with electronic equipment, circuitry, and wiring practices
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools
Understanding of production assembly processes in a manufacturing or factory setting
Ability to follow detailed instructions with a focus on quality and safety
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs as needed
Must be a U.S. Citizen with proof of residency & willing to undergo a Background check & Drug test
