JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Procurement Agent - (Level 3)
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $72-82/hour

Contract Length: Up to 6 months

Summary:
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and proper contract flow-downs.
Build strong relationships, ensuring contract compliance and high performance.
Lead supplier competitions and select suppliers based on best-value principles.
Align with engineering, finance, and program management teams to meet goals.
Assist in cost estimation, financial analysis, and proposal development.
Support procurement in advanced composites, machining, and structures.
Requirements:
MUST BE US PERSONS
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience required.
7-10 years of experience in supply chain, subcontracting, or procurement in the defense industry.
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements and subcontract compliance.
Experience with supplier competitions and best-value selection.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to mentor and share industry knowledge.
Experience in estimating and proposal development is a plus.
Familiarity with advanced composites, machining, and structures is highly desirable.
