Pay Rate: $19/hour

What You'll Do:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding a wide range of equipment and systems.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Applying electrical and electronics theory to solve real-world problems.

• Using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Documenting work clearly and accurately in accordance with FAA and company standards.

• Assisting with R&D for new repair capabilities and maintaining shop tools.

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of aviation maintenance or equivalent experience.

• Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, flow meters, and measuring instruments.

• Able to read and follow component maintenance manuals.

• Familiarity with corrosion control and repair methods.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

• A technical degree, A&P certification, military or civil aircraft experience is a big plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the day.

• Lifting/moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
